Who We Are

"Murph" is a pastor/engineer who has been traveling to Haiti since 1995.   After assisting with the earthquake relief in 2010, he began implementing the CHE program to teach Haitians how to help each other to become self-reliant.

Boursiquot, our Regional Director, is a passionate CHE ambassador who has been identifying and training local CHE leaders for over 15 years.  Duckenson, his assistant, is MpowR's main translator and liaison to the US leadership team.

MpowR equips Trainers who identify and educate the Teachers, who then go into more than a thousand homes in 13 villages, teaching families to become self-sustaining.
